"Experienced technical difficulties with no audio or visual feed on a scheduled virtual video meeting with Agent Derrick Helm. Had to revert to an actual phone call. Confirmed new Georgia Underinsured Laws & requirements for policy holders. Discussed current vehicle, trailer and home hazard policy changes. Confirmed vin numbers and premiums for six month vehicle coverage. Discussed conversion to one policy number for multiple vehicles insured. Verified trailer vin numbers and 12, month policy terms. Reviewed min/max coverage for home hazard policy including flood and umbrella policy options. Addressed concerns about inaccuracies of Drive Wise tracking (FSD) Full Self Driving Tesla vehicles. Gave a great referral for Pet Insurance with Trupanion. Derrick was very knowledgeable and helpful as he answered all questions on the call. I highly recommend this State Farm Agent that he can confidently handle any insurance needs you may have. Great Job to Steve Cannon and his State Farm staff!"
